Timothy B. Peterson is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Pike Hill Capital Partners. Prior to Pike Hill, Tim served as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at SunBridge Capital Management since its founding in 2006. At SunBridge, Tim led sourcing, execution, and management of acquisitions and investments across public and private markets. During his 13 years with SunBridge and its affiliate companies, Tim was responsible for investing or managing $1B in capital and assets to include: real estate, operating companies, seeded funds, and majority/minority controlled securities. During his time with SunBridge, Tim also served as Director of Corporate Development and Finance for a SunBridge affiliate, Choice Hotels International, (NYSE: CHH) a $5B enterprise value company.
Prior to joining SunBridge, Tim led the corporate development activities for the services business unit of Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL), an aerospace and defense conglomerate. His previous background includes M&A advisory and strategy consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, eCommerce Industries, and Arthur Andersen.
Tim has served on several board of directors, including: Peaceable Street Capital, 1776, Union PLC, and Real Time Medical Systems; and as an investor representative at FJ Capital Management, Arena Analytics, Railfield Realty Partners, Miller & Smith, and Continuum Health.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
